Glencoates Primary School Pilot
This pilot will explore the use of The Motivated School Concepts and materials to facilitate the amalgamation (into Glencoates Primary) of staff and pupils in Ferguslie and Craigielea Primary schools.
The aims of the pilot are to provide all staff with the language of TMS materials; to use TMS language in multi-agency EST meetings; to use TMS language in P2 screening; to explore how useful the participants have found TMS materials.
Following initial whole staff training, the TMS language framework will be used in a systematic way at all EST meetings and at P2 screening meetings. Following interim discussions by the core project team, there will be a period of data collection and evaluation.
Evaluation will be carried out using questionnaires; focus groups; observation and staff interviews.
